1. About us

Allbaby is a tradename of Strollerpark Babycare requirements LLC, a company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We sell organic bamboo baby sleepwear. For any query, you can reach us via WhatsApp on +971 50 376 0341 or by email at hello@allbaby.com.

2. Orders & acceptance

All orders placed through the website are an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability) and will refund any amount already charged within 14 days.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are inclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (5%) where applicable. Shipping fees, duties and taxes for international orders are shown before payment. Payment is taken at the time of order via the providers listed at checkout. We do not store full card details.

4. Delivery

UAE orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. International orders are delivered within the timeframe shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. If a delivery is materially delayed, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5. Returns, refunds & exchanges

In line with UAE consumer protection rules, you may return any product within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition, for a full refund of the product price. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Our voluntary 30-night sleep trial extends this for sleepsuits — see the sleep trial page for details.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming items can be returned at any time within the statutory period for a free replacement, repair or full refund (including original and return shipping), at your choice. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Product information & safety

We take reasonable care to describe products, materials, sizing and care instructions accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Please follow the care label and any safety information supplied with the product, including age and weight guidance for sleepwear.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, including the rights to safe goods, accurate information, fair pricing, and to lodge complaints with the UAE Ministry of Economy via consumerrights.ae or 600 522 225.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Allbaby and Dreamsuit names, logos, designs, photography and text — is owned by Allbaby or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our prior written consent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, solely to fulfil your order, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send marketing. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@allbaby.com.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts, without prejudice to your right to file a complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy or the relevant Department of Economic Development.
