Why organic bamboo?
We are true advocates of bamboo and believe it really is the best option for your little one. It has so many natural qualities that make it the perfect choice — cloud-soft, thermo-regulating, hypoallergenic and genuinely kind to the planet.
Wonderfully soft
Bamboo fibres are round and smooth — unlike cotton's coarse, rough structure — so the fabric feels feather-light against newborn skin.
Breathable & anti-microbial
Naturally high moisture absorption keeps baby dry and comfortable, with anti-microbial properties cotton can't match.
Grown clean
No pesticides, insecticides or fertiliser are needed to grow bamboo. Cotton, by contrast, accounts for 11% of all pesticides and 25% of all insecticides used worldwide.
A fraction of the water
It takes around 8,000 litres of water to grow just 1kg of cotton. Bamboo needs nothing more than sunlight and rainwater.
